- Off-Season 40% Discount starting after Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day Weekend Excluded, 50% Discount November to May (w/ kitchen privileges).
- Holiday Rates Apply for Reservations with Memorial Day, July 4th, Pines Party, Fire Island Dance Festival (DRA), Ascension Party and Labor Day.
- 50% deposit required for reservation / 50% due 30 days before check-in. Full payment due when check-in is 30 days from booking.
- 10% Cancelation/Rebooking Fee on all credit cards
- All rooms have AC, TV/DVD, ceiling fan, beverage refrigerator, iPod connectors/players, private baths, and outdoor decks.
- Add-a-Nite can add one weekday night to any weekend 3-night package stay.
- All in season bookings have 3 night minimum, except when making the booking the same week of stay
